What to expect
How it works, step by step
Here's what to expect when you come to us, from your first call to your pet's ashes coming home. We're here to take care of your pet and to make a difficult time a little easier.
-
You call us
Call us on the phone and we'll talk through what you would like to happen next. We arrange cremation for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other pets. You stay in control and we're here to make a difficult time that little easier.
-
We arrange the appointment
You can bring your pet to us in Newport, Shropshire, by appointment, or we can collect from your home or your vet. We aim to offer a same-day appointment and we'll confirm timing and costs before anything is arranged.
-
Your pet comes into our care
Whether you bring your pet to us or we collect, your pet stays in the care of the same family-run team throughout. If you come to us, you'll have an opportunity to say farewell in our homely, light, and airy goodbye room. Every cremation we provide is individual, carried out at our own facility in Newport, Shropshire.
-
Your pet's ashes come home
We'll let you know when your pet is ready to come home. We provide ashes in a scatter tube as standard but you can choose another memorial option if you'd prefer. You're welcome to visit us to collect the ashes in person or we can return them to you.
We'll take it at your pace
You don't need to have decided everything before you call. Many people simply want to talk it through first. We'll explain the options, answer your questions, and only arrange what you're comfortable with. If you'd like, we can also speak to your vet about arranging collection.
Our pricing page sets out the cost of individual cremation, along with collection and ashes delivery, so there are no surprises.
