We can collect your pet from home or your vet
If you can't bring your pet to us, we'll come to you. We collect from homes and vets across Shropshire, Staffordshire, and beyond, whether your pet is a dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, or another companion. Your pet stays in our care from that moment on.
Call us on 01952 374 001. We'll gently talk through where your pet is and arrange a time to collect. We aim to offer a same-day appointment wherever we can.

Collection from your home
If bringing your pet to us isn't possible, we'll come to you. When we arrive, we'll handle the practical details gently and give you as much time as you need before we leave. There's no rush.
We can collect from homes across Newport, Telford, Shropshire, Staffordshire, and the surrounding area. If you're unsure whether we reach you, call us on 01952 374 001 and we'll check before you make any arrangements.
Collection from your vet
If your pet is with the vet, you can still ask for them to be released to a cremation provider you have chosen. You do not have to use the cremation arrangement offered by the vet.
We can collect directly from the practice, and if you'd rather not handle that conversation yourself, we can speak to the vet for you. Read more about choosing your own cremation provider.
What happens after we collect
Your pet stays in the care of the same family-run team throughout. Every cremation we provide is individual, carried out at our own facility in Newport, Shropshire, so the ashes returned to you are your pet's only.

Collection prices
Collection is £30 within 12 miles of our TF10 9DX facility, then £2 for each extra mile. Individual cremation prices are published in full on our pricing page.
Afterwards, most people come to us to collect their pet's ashes, which is always free. If you'd prefer, we can deliver them back to you instead for a flat £20.
There's no extra charge if you'd rather bring your pet to us yourself.

Can you collect my pet from the vet?
Yes. In normal circumstances, you can ask your vet to release your pet to a cremation provider you have chosen, and we can collect directly from the practice. If you'd prefer, we can speak to the vet ourselves to arrange it.
