Newport Pet Crematorium provides individual and communal pet cremation services from Newport, Shropshire.

Information we collect

If you call, email, or submit the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the details you choose to include in your message.

The contact form also uses simple anti-spam checks, including hidden fields and a timestamp, to help protect the service from automated abuse.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and device for this security check. Our server verifies the check with Cloudflare before sending your message. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, provide our services, and keep necessary records relating to those services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email and website services

Contact form messages are sent to us by email using Resend. We use Plausible Analytics to understand basic website usage, including page views and phone link clicks, without collecting directly identifying information for advertising. We also use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag in Google's "consent mode" to understand how the site is used and measure advertising performance. Unless you agree to analytics and advertising cookies, these tags set no cookies, but Google may receive limited cookieless signals, including ad-click or page information. If you agree, Google may use cookies or similar technologies. If you agree, we also use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand page use and interactions and to create session recordings. Form input values are masked in those recordings, and PostHog is not started before you consent. After a visit from an advert, Google Ads may then temporarily replace our usual telephone number with a Google forwarding number. Calls to that number are routed to us, while Google may record details including whether the call connected, its time and duration, the caller's area code and, in some cases, the caller's telephone number. The map on the website is only loaded from Google Maps if you choose to show it.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry and service information only for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, and handle any follow-up questions.
