Individual cremation
If you’d like to bring your pet’s ashes home, you can choose individual cremation. Your pet is cremated on their own at our Newport crematorium, and the ashes returned to you are theirs only.

- Scatter tube. Included as standard, with the option to upgrade to an urn or ashes casket.
- Paw print and fur clipping. Included where possible.
- Certificate of cremation. Confirmation of your pet's cremation for your records.

Communal cremation
You may prefer to say goodbye without having your pet’s ashes returned. With communal cremation, your pet is cremated alongside other pets. You can bring your pet to us by appointment; collection isn’t available for this service.

Collection from home or your vet
For individual cremation, we can collect your pet from home or your vet. We’ll agree a time with you, or speak directly to the veterinary practice to make the arrangements.

Distances are measured from TF10 9DX. Collection and ashes delivery are separate charges. Collection beyond 12 miles costs an additional £2 for each extra mile. When you call, you’ll speak directly to us. We’ll look after your pet ourselves, with the cremation taking place at our own crematorium in Newport.

We’ll make the arrangements
When you’re ready, we’ll agree a time for you to come to us. If you choose individual cremation, we can also collect from home or speak to your vet for you.
We’ll take care of your pet
We’ll look after your pet with the care we’d want for our own. For individual cremation, we’ll let you know when the ashes are ready, usually within 48–72 hours. A memorial item that isn’t in stock may take longer.

Do I need to make two journeys from Shrewsbury?
With individual cremation, you can bring your pet to us and return to collect the ashes, or arrange collection of your pet and delivery of the ashes. You can also bring your pet yourself and ask for ashes delivery. Collection and delivery are separate charges.
