When you call Newport Pet Crematorium, you speak directly to the family who will care for your pet. The cremation takes place at our own facility, rather than being passed to another provider.

We are independent and family-run, with appointments available 8am-9pm, 7 days a week. We'll talk through where your pet is, what you need, and whether it would be easier for you to come to us or for us to collect.

You are welcome to bring your pet to us once we have arranged an appointment. If travelling is not right for you, we can collect from your home or vet instead — call us on 01952 374 001 and we will talk through the options.

If you would like us to collect from home

We can collect from homes across Telford and the surrounding area. Our pet collection page explains what happens when we collect, and our pricing page sets out the distance-based charge.

When we arrive, we'll handle the practical details gently. There's no rush — we'll give you as much time as you need before we leave.

If your pet is with a Telford vet

If your pet is with the vet, you can still ask for them to be released to you or to a cremation provider you have chosen. You do not have to use the cremation arrangement offered by the vet.

What happens at our facility

Your pet is cremated at our own facility in Newport, Shropshire. Every cremation we provide is individual, so your pet is cremated on their own and the ashes returned to you are theirs only.

Individual cremation including scatter tube, paw print, fur clipping, and certificate of cremation. We aim to have ashes ready for collection or return the next day. You can collect from us, or we can arrange ashes delivery.

Telford pet cremation prices

Individual cremation prices are published in full on our pricing page. There's no extra charge if you bring your pet to us yourself.

If you would rather we came to you, collection is £35 for addresses within 12 miles of our TF10 9DX facility. After 12 miles, it is £2 for each extra mile. Ashes delivery is charged using the published distance-based rate. Call with your postcode and we will confirm the exact collection price before you make arrangements.
