We aim to have ashes ready for collection or return the next day. You can collect from us, or we can arrange ashes delivery.
Individual cremation prices are published in full on our pricing page. There's no extra charge if you bring your pet to us yourself.
If you'd rather we came to you, collection for most Telford addresses is £30, as Telford sits within 12 miles of our TF10 9DX facility. (After 12 miles, it's £2 for each extra mile.) Returning your pet's ashes afterwards is a flat £20.
