Personal care for your pet, with individual cremation at our own family-run crematorium in Newport, Shropshire. Your pet is cremated on their own, and the ashes returned to you are theirs only.
Our prices include a scatter tube and certificate of cremation, plus a paw print and fur clipping where possible. Collection and ashes delivery are available for a separate charge.
Pay with Klarna. Card payments and bank transfers also accepted.
8am–9pm, seven days a week, including bank holidays. Visits by appointment.

Care at our own crematorium
Your pet stays in the care of our family-run team at our Newport facility. You can contact us directly to discuss their individual cremation.
Included memorial items
A scatter tube and certificate are included, with a paw print and fur clipping where possible. You can choose an urn or casket upgrade if you wish.
Bringing their ashes home
We will let you know when your pet’s ashes are ready. You can collect them from us free of charge, or choose delivery for a separate charge.
If you need collection or ashes delivery
We can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice for individual cremation. Call us to agree the arrangements and cost before collection. These services are charged separately from cremation and from each other.
Distance is measured from TF10 9DX. Tell us your location when you call so we can discuss the total.

Questions about the cost
Can I arrange cremation directly with you?
Yes. You can call us directly, whether your pet is at home or with your vet. We’ll talk through individual cremation, an appointment to bring your pet to us or collection, and the relevant charges.
How can I pay?
Pay with Klarna. We also accept card payments and bank transfers.
What if I do not want the ashes returned?
Communal cremation is available for families who do not want ashes returned. Your pet is cremated with other pets. It is a drop-off service by appointment; collection is not available. You can see communal prices and compare the services before deciding.
When will my pet’s ashes be ready?
Ashes are usually ready within 48–72 hours. If you choose a memorial item that is not in stock, it may take longer. We will let you know when the ashes are ready. You can collect your pet’s ashes from us free of charge, or arrange ashes delivery for a separate charge.
